It is very important to be tuned in to what is going on underneath the words when you want to understand what another person is trying to communicate.
「何を伝えようか理解したい時、単語の下で何が起こっているのかに波長を合わせることがとても大切です。」
※「単語の背後にある気持ちに波長を合わせる」という事です。
